Refunds &
cancellations.

Clear rules for cancelling your subscription and getting your money back. Noa is a digital SaaS product, there are no physical returns. All billing flows through Razorpay, and refunds are issued to the original payment method.

01 · Summary

The short version.

  • Every new account gets a 14-day free trial. No card is charged during the trial.
  • You can cancel any subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Monthly plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current period, but cancelling stops the next renewal.
  • Annual plans qualify for a pro-rata refund if cancelled within 30 days of the annual renewal.
  • Approved refunds are processed in 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.
02 · Trial period

14 days, full access, no charge.

New customers may try Noa free for 14 days. No card is required to start a trial. If you choose to subscribe before the trial ends, billing begins on the day you confirm the plan. If you do nothing, the trial expires automatically, there is no charge to refund.

03 · Cancellation

How cancellation works.

You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing → Cancel subscription, or by emailing billing@hirenoa.ai from your account email. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

We do not impose cancellation fees. You can re-activate at any time on the same or a different plan.

04 · Refund eligibility

When you can ask for money back.

Material use. “Material use” means activity beyond evaluation, for example, running a disclosure to completion, exporting a final report, or moving production workloads onto Noa. Refunds may be declined where the product has been materially used.
05 · Processing timelines

When the money returns to your account.

Once a refund is approved, the steps are:

We send an email confirmation when the refund is initiated. The refund is returned to the same payment instrument used for the original charge; we cannot redirect refunds to a different card or account.

06 · Non-refundable items

What we cannot refund.

  • Monthly subscription fees beyond the 7-day first-charge window, except where required by law.
  • Subscriptions cancelled more than 30 days after annual renewal.
  • One-time professional-services fees once the service has been delivered or scheduled within 14 days.
  • Taxes (GST, etc.) that have already been remitted to the government.
07 · Chargebacks

Talk to us first.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email billing@hirenoa.ai before initiating a chargeback. We resolve almost all billing concerns within one business day. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in temporary account suspension until the dispute is resolved.

08 · How to request a refund

One email is enough.

Email billing@hirenoa.ai from the account email, including:
  • Account name & registered email
  • Invoice number or Razorpay payment ID
  • Reason for the refund request

We acknowledge requests within 1 business day and respond with a decision within 3 business days. If approved, we initiate the refund within 2 business days as described above.
